Chuni Roofing is owned and operated by Steven Martinez, a third-generation builder with over 15 years of hands-on experience in exterior construction. The company was built on a foundation of hard work, practical field experience, and a strong respect for the craftsmanship that goes into building and maintaining structures.
Growing up around residential and commercial development, Steven began working in construction at a young age. He started as a laborer and gradually worked his way up through installer, field manager, and eventually into sales and project management. Through those years of experience, he developed a deep understanding of the work itself and the responsibility that comes with managing projects for homeowners and property owners.
Over time, it became clear that his strongest knowledge and passion were in exterior construction systems. That realization led to the creation of Chuni Roofing, a company focused specifically on roofing, masonry, and exterior work.
